Training Plans

We use mostly periodization to train our athletes. Periodization is a step by step training program designed to help athletes reach their maximum potential when it is most important to them. As well as developing specific cycling skills, periodization helps prevent mental as well as physical fatigue and aids in injury prevention. "The Plan"
I am not going to give you a huge list of different plans to choose from. There is one plan and it consist of everything I can do to help you. I have yet to coach a client who e-mails or calls me more than I do them. I constantly have to question athletes on progression. The closer your contact with me, the better this will work, and I am not going to ask you for and extra 20 bucks if you need to talk! I will offer additional services a la carte.

How this works: First of all, lets sit down and talk. I usually find a neutral meeting place to sit down and discuss plans, goals, needs and desires. If we dicide to procede, I will then set you up on training peaks, where the majority of scheduling and communication will be done. I will train you with the equipment you are willing to pay for. If all you have is a bike, we will use perceived exersion. If you have a heart rate monitor, we will use heart rate. Power meter...yes please. The more equipment I can use, the better I can coach you. We will start with a basic fitness test, set some workout zones and go from there. We will retest each month.

I charge $150.00 per month and you get:
