Indoor Roller Sessions

 

 

If you have rollers, bring them. If you don't have rollers, get some and come workout with us. (or maybe ask nicely if anyone has extra). THIS IS NOT A SPIN CLASS...it is very personal and specific to improving anaerobic fitness. Get Heart rate zones, find your threshold and improve it by taking baby steps over time. We will record your data week by week so you will be able to see your improvements. Turn your 15 mph average into 18 ! Your first Session is Free...I know you will come back. If you have a trainer you are more than welcome to come. 

Also, if you buy a new set of rollers, you can come a little early or stay a little late and I will have you riding them before you know it. I've taught many beginners. I will try to do these twice a week. It is only $10.00 per session or $40.00 per month for up to eight sessions.

 

These will be held on Mondays and or Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. Times and locations may vary so make sure you contact me if your thinking about coming.

Sunday Ride

 

On Sundays I like to get out on the road with my athletes for some one on one time and consultations. We will discuss the previous training week, and work on specific techniques and drills. When the season starts up this will change to mondays to discuss race weekends. This is a good time to have a one on one consultations with me to see if you could use a coach, decide what kind of plan you need to get on, or simply pick my brain for training ideas. Then lets sit down and talk about your goals and the ride today. $30.00
