Beginner Rides

I am going to host a beginner ride on Saturdays after the BBL. This will be a good chance for beginners to ride with some of the best riders in the nation as they cool down from the winter training rides. We will meet at the Starbucks in Irondale at 12:30 for a short instructional ride. There will be different ride leaders assigned each week. This is for anyone who wants assistance and advice on any aspect of cycling. It will be a relaxed controlled ride at a conversation pace with absolutely nobody left behind. Learn new routes, techniques, and basic cycling skills from the best in Birmingham!
