Wednesday 6:00-7:00 p.m - Yoga for Cyclist : Flexibility and Recovery
Thursday 6:00-7:30 p.m - Cycling. Threshold. Learning to ride rollers.
Friday 5:00-6:30 a.m - Cycling. Tempo, Threshold, Vo2
Month 1. Muscular Adaptation. Core Strength. Flexibility.
-High repetition single leg exercises
-Yoga for endurance athletes
-Tempo / endurance training indoors on the bike
Month 2. Muscular Strength. Muscular Endurance. Core Strength. Flexibility
-Low repetition muscle fiber recruitment exercises. Single leg drills
-Yoga for endurance athletes
-Threshold Training indoors on the bike
Month 3. Explosiveness. Fitness. Muscular Endurance. Core Strength. Flexibility
-Plyometrics for Endurance Athletes
-Yoga for endurance athletes
-Threshold/Vo2 training indoors on the bike
Purchase of "The Program" will give you access to all of the classes listed above. This will be a 12 week program, starting the the first Monday of December. We will take the week of Christmas off. I am offering a free trial for each class so you can get an idea of what we will be doing before you make a commitment. Free classes in November. Call me to reserve a spot.
